Become an Obubu Chapporter

5000 yen per year is less than 14 yen per day!
At 75 yen/USD, that is less than US$67!

What is a “Chapporter”? A “Cha” (tea) – supporter. :)

The idea actually comes from various efforts in Japan to increase the number of tea farmers because in some areas the average age of farmers can be over 70 years old!

We totally agree with this effort, and create activities and events year-round to expand exposure of tea farming to people in Japan. We hope to inspire young people to choose tea farming as a profession as our President Akihiro Kita did when he was just 20 years old.

We hope you’ll help us with our activities both in Japan and our efforts to increase the popularity of Japanese tea around the world by joining our Chapporters club. Of course you’ll get access to wholesale purchasing too for the low contribution of 5,000 yen per year.
