Basic Kitchen Grade Matcha
500-gram (1.1 lbs) bag
Our Basic Kitchen Grade Matcha is our most economical selection. It is ideal for large-scale food production. Basic Kitchen Matcha is produced using a ball mill which allows large quantity of matcha powder to be produced. However, due to its production process (crushing tea leaves into matcha by falling stones), some of the aroma and flavor of the tea leaves are lost during the process. The color that is produced by using Basic Kitchen Grade Matcha is good but, of course, it is not as deep as the Premium Kitchen Grade.
We would recommend this product if you are planning to use matcha powder in large quantities.
