How many cups of tea do I get with a 100-gram bag of tea leaves?
Obubu recommends a 5 gram or about 1 tablespoon worth of tea leaves each time you steep the tea leaves. Using a standard boiling water steeping technique, this produce about 1 teacup (6 oz. or 180 ml) worth of tea, but remember, unlike other types of tea, you steep green tea for very short periods of time and steep multiple times for each 5 gram / 1 tablespoon worth of tea.
This means you can get 20 batches per bag, or as much as a 100 cups. Some people like their tea a little weaker, in which case you would use more than the recommended 1 teacup of water. Not a bad deal, wouldn’t you say?
