Photos from the World Tea Expo
Obubu VP Yasuharu “Matsu” Matsumoto participated in the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas as the founding member of the International Tea Farms Alliance (teafarms.org / twitter.com/teafarms). The ITFA is a non-profit organization formed by Obubu along with various tea farms around the world to increase awareness of tea farmers among tea drinkers and help tea farmers who want to connect with tea lovers around the world get closer to their customers.
Matsu also participated in the Expo’s “Plan B” session on Japanese tea and radiation contamination, reassuring attendees that much of the tea from Japan (including Kyoto) has not been affected by radiation issues.
